Lodestone Warps Roadmap

Ideas to Consider

Require players to be near a registered lodestone before allowing teleport actions, including manual /lodestone_warps tp <id> usage.
Add configurability for cost type, maximum possible warps, and server-side cooldown.
Add teleport animations and configuration:
- Basic vanilla-style effects using existing particles.
- Enhanced effects when the client has the mod installed.
Add permissions for all relevant actions.
