First Windows Setup EXE for Porter. Mac install is unchanged — keep using v0.2.34 DMG/Zip for Apple Silicon (GitHub Latest).

• Windows x64: Porter-Setup-0.2.35-windows-x64.exe → C:\Program Files\Porter (UAC once; optional Private firewall for TCP 47831)
