What's Changed

• Fixed WinFsp opens for files outside the first directory page by falling back to remote metadata while a paged enumeration is incomplete; editors no longer receive EIO for existing files in large directories.

• Fixed overwriting existing files on SFTP servers that reject path-based SETSTAT truncation by using the standard write-and-truncate open operation and verifying the resulting length.
