• Root cause: Now Playing is 137pt (threshold was 145) with remote-scene hosted content (no local MRU views)

• 现在只接受明确的 MRUNowPlayingLabelView / MRUNowPlayingTimeControlsView 媒体标志
• Now only accepts explicit MRUNowPlayingLabelView / MRUNowPlayingTimeControlsView media indicators
• 每次布局重新判断；条件失效时移除旧播放器、恢复原卡片
• Re-evaluates on every layout; removes old player and restores original card when conditions fail
• 无明确标志的远程卡片保留原生显示
• Remote cards without explicit indicators keep native display
