Several fixes and improvements
- Use small delay after disconnect to ensure wifi is ready
- handle lost ip
- Implement status machine, so events management is more accurate
- Ignore disconnection events unless status is either Running (for
next AP) or Connected (for disconnection events) - Check past of end list iterator to avoid circling back to initial
element - Improve logging
