A small meta moment: Installable Skill Converter is now itself installable.

It turns an existing agent skill into something npx skills add can install. It handles the packaging bits, keeps the actual skill content alone, and adds the README glue humans need.

A skill for making skills installable, now installable. Very recursive. Tastefully so.
