1st github release

The code provided here is a minimalist example to read out, visualize and
analyze data frames, i.e. sets of 256x256 measurements accumulated over
fixed time intervals, from a miniPIX (EDU) silicon pixel detector provided
by Advacam.

The analysis of the recorded signals includes clustering of pixels, energy
determination and visualization and is achieved with standard open-source
tools for data analysis. It is therefore well-suited to provide high-school
or university students with detailed insights into principles of the interaction
of radiation with matter and to enable them to carry out their own studies.

This is the first public release on github.
