v2.17.0 — Full engine parity, cross-platform
The portable engine now matches the original — everywhere.
Believable shaping in the headless SeedEngine: a gentle ramp-up, swarm-aware scaling to real demand, a day/night rhythm, active-hours windows, a shared upstream budget and announce-interval jitter (verified advancing realistically on a live tracker).
Real peer-wire: the engine opens the announced port so a real, reachable peer sits behind the announce — serving genuine hash-valid pieces from a matching file (--serve-real / Tools → Serve a real file) or a complete-but-choked seeder otherwise. Defeats a tracker's monitoring peers.
Native campaigns (cross-platform): a portable multi-torrent orchestrator (staggered starts, demand-based bandwidth split, deadline pacing, stop-at-goal) with a native builder in the Avalonia GUI.
All of it runs in the Avalonia GUI and the CLI on Windows, Linux and macOS. Builds + 118 tests green on Windows and Linux (CI).
Assets: Avalonia GUI + headless CLI for linux-x64 / osx-arm64 / win-x64.
