• text shape: extruded letters in IBM Plex Sans SemiBold (Latin-1 plus common marks), with kerning, holes kept (o, a, B) and crisp corners. text: {string, size, depth, align?, spacing?, lineHeight?}; size is the capital-letter height in meters. New keycap example.
• Edits keep your YAML: edit_model (MCP) and modelgen edit now patch the model file in place, so hand-written comments, key order and inline style survive.
• Browser playground (https://guilospanck.github.io/modelgen/): a 3D editor with gizmos, point editing, quick fixes, an Ask tab for your own AI chat (copy and paste, no API key) and models saved in the browser.

Changed

• Default capture views face the front (3/4 front, side, higher 3/4 front). They used to look from behind.
• modelgen describe documents the text shape and no longer says edits drop comments.

Licences: the built-in font is IBM Plex Sans (SIL Open Font License 1.1, see LICENSE-fonts.txt).
