Motion Previs Studio v4.1.0-windows.2 — Unofficial Gumbii Community Build
Motion Previs Studio v4.1.0-windows.2 — Unofficial Gumbii Community Build
This unsigned Windows 11 x64 prerelease fixes analysis preparation for iPhone
MOV files that contain an auxiliary Apple Spatial Audio (apac) stream.
Fixed
- Preserve the primary AAC audio mix without requesting the optional
apac
stream that the bundled FFmpeg cannot decode. - Normalize unsigned Windows media-tool exit codes and show the useful final
diagnostic lines instead of the long FFmpeg build banner. - Add a generated regression that proves the old broad audio mapping fails and
the fixed primary-audio mapping succeeds.
The problem was not caused by 4K resolution, portrait/landscape aspect ratio,
computer performance, or a missing system FFmpeg installation.
Verification
- Full repository verification and Electron end-to-end export passed.
- Native Windows and macOS GitHub E2E jobs passed.
- The iPhone Spatial Audio regression and production build passed on a physical
Windows 11 x64 laptop using the same audited bundled FFmpeg. - The NSIS installer passed package-layout, unpacked launch, per-user install,
launch, uninstall, runtime-asset, and community-identity checks. - SHA-256 checks, SPDX/CycloneDX SBOMs, provenance, licenses, and FFmpeg
corresponding source are attached.
Unsigned prerelease
The installer is not code-signed. Windows SmartScreen may display an
unknown-publisher warning. Verify SHA256SUMS, then use More info → Run
anyway only if you trust this build. Auto-update is not enabled.
Motion Previs Studio remains Apache-2.0 with Sam Wasserman's original credit.
Bundled FFmpeg/FFprobe are separate GPL-3.0-or-later components.
Motion Previs Studio v4.1.0-windows.1 — Unofficial Gumbii Community Build
Motion Previs Studio v4.1.0-windows.1 — Unofficial Gumbii Community Build
This is an unofficial, open-source Windows 11 x64 prerelease maintained by
Gumbii Digital. It uses a distinct application ID and data directory so it
cannot overwrite a future official Motion Previs Studio Windows release.
Included
- Native Windows window chrome and a per-user assisted NSIS installer.
- Local-file and controlled-HTTP imports with packaged FFmpeg/FFprobe and
yt-dlp; no system media tools are required. - Bundled, pinned MediaPipe pose assets; production bundles contain portable
relative filenames and support relinking missing external media. - Depth Anything is downloaded on first use from pinned revision
2e942621ab9f2371c1df9eb223291b5ac31475e6; the certified fallback path is
CPU/WASM execution when no WebGPU adapter is available. - Windows-safe path canonicalization, junction-escape protection, explicit
cancellation, and process-tree cleanup. - Packaged MCP bridge and the versioned Motion-to-Blockout handoff contract.
- SPDX and CycloneDX SBOMs, checksums, asset/model manifests, notices, build
provenance, and corresponding source for the bundled FFmpeg component.
