Support Snakemake 8+ (currently tested using version 9), using a workflow profile and the SLURM executor plugin instead of a cluster config.

Due to change in repository and pipeline structure (now a Snakemake standardized workflow), and the use of Snakemake 8+-specific features, this release is not directly backwards compatible with the previous release, hence the bump in version number.
