Claude Code's Plan/Review documents (displayed in a separate tab) now fully support RTL:

• Headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, and blockquotes align right for Hebrew/Arabic/Persian content
• Code blocks stay LTR
• Injected via a lightweight inline script with proper CSP nonce support
