OntoFlow Version 2.1.0

Added new features:

1. The engine main method has changed to getRoutes
2. The engine now returns a list of routes ordered by the MCO ranking instead of a single route, the number of routes can be limited (by default 10 routes maximum)
3. The KPAs are converted to floats instead of integers for more precision
4. The Node class has a new static method that allows to filter the routes that have individuals as leaves
