Hakamiq CHD Tool v1.0.7

Release v1.0.7 improves file intake handling and CHD extraction reliability, with better support for CD-based CUE/BIN output such as Dreamcast multi-track discs.

Changes:

Added unified media intake failure handling.
Unsupported direct files are now shown as failed instead of being silently ignored.

Improved CHD extraction output validation.
Extraction is no longer marked as completed when the expected output bundle is incomplete.

Improved CUE/BIN extraction handling.
CUE/BIN output is now validated as a complete disc bundle, not as separate unrelated files.

Improved Dreamcast multi-track output handling.
Temporary output names are no longer left in the final result.

Improved final BIN naming for multi-track discs.
Track files are renamed using the final game name with stable track numbering.

Improved CUE file rewriting.
CUE file references are updated to match the final BIN file names.

Improved extractcd progress reporting.
Progress is now updated during extraction by tracking pending output growth when direct tool progress is not available.
