feat: Optimize method and constructor finding and add RangeHelper

- Add `RangeHelper` to provide range checking functionality.
- Enhance method and constructor finding with `withParamCountVar` to check parameter count within a range.
- Rename `withParamCount` to `withParamCountFinal` in `MethodHelper` for clarity.
- Update `withExceptionType` in `MethodHelper` to accept multiple exception types.
- Update `withExceptionType` in `ConstructorHelper` to `withExceptionTypes` to accept multiple exception types.
- Update `systemClassLoader` to be final in `HCBase`.
- Update build.gradle version to v.2.0.8.
