Refactor: Improve helpers, chain tool, and thread safety

- **Helper Classes (ClassHelper, MethodHelper, ConstructorHelper):**
  - Improve filtering logic for exception classes (`withExceptionClasses`) and interface classes (`withInterfaceClasses`) to check for containment rather than an exact match.
  - Fix constructor parameter matching logic in `ClassHelper`.
  - Remove unused `withSuper` method from `ConstructorHelper`.
  - Rename `list()` to `toArray()` in `MethodHelper` for consistency.

- **ChainTool & ChainData:**
  - Move the `chainDataSet` from a static field in `ChainData` to an instance field in `ChainTool` to prevent state leakage and improve instance isolation.
  - Refine `equals()` and `hashCode()` in `ChainData` to ignore `ifExist` for more reliable duplicate detection.

- **Concurrency & Fixes:**
  - `PrefsTool` & `InvokeTool`: Change `HashMap` to `ConcurrentHashMap` for improved thread safety.
  - `BitmapTool`: Correct a typo in the method name `bytesToBimap` to `bytesToBitmap`.

- **Project Updates:**
  - Update project version to `v.2.2.4`.
  - Add new IDE configuration files (`.idea/markdown.xml`, `.idea/copilot.data.migration.agent.xml`).
