変更点

  • 日本語表示のときは、ログ・エラーの文言 (接続、録画、メール送信、自動削除、PTZ など) も日本語で表示するようにしました。
  • 一覧の映像の表示ボタンを、「状態」の欄からカメラ名の左に移しました。録画の停止ボタンと並んでいたため、押し間違えを防ぐための変更です。
  • タスクトレイのバルーンと説明書の日本語の言い回しを整えました。

設定 (DxCamRec.ini) はそのまま引き継がれます。MSI 版は新しい MSI を実行すると上書きで更新されます。手動インストール版は DxCamRec.exe を置き換えてください。

Changes

  • When the display language is Japanese, log and error messages (connection, recording, mail, cleanup, PTZ, …) are now shown in Japanese as well.
  • The button that shows a camera's video moved from the "Status" column to the left of the camera name, away from the stop-recording button, so that it is no longer pressed by mistake.
  • Reworded the Japanese text of the tray balloon and the readme.

The settings (DxCamRec.ini) are kept. Run the new MSI to update an installed copy, or replace DxCamRec.exe in the portable edition.

ネットワークカメラ (RTSP / ONVIF) の映像と音声を、再圧縮せずに録画し続ける Windows 用のフリーソフトです。
これが最初の公開版です。

  • 複数のカメラを同時に録画し、1 時間ごとなどに分けて .ts ファイルに保存
    (H.264 / H.265 の映像、G.711 (PCMA/PCMU) / AAC の音声)
  • 受信した映像をそのまま保存するので画質が落ちず、CPU 負荷も軽いです
  • 映像をウィンドウで表示 (録画していないカメラも表示可能。PTZ 対応カメラは向きの操作も可能)
  • ONVIF のイベント (人物検知・ラインクロスなど) を検知すると、そのときの画像をメールで通知
  • 空き容量や経過日数に応じて、古い録画から自動で削除
  • 同じネットワークの ONVIF カメラを検索し、映像の URL を自動取得
  • タスクトレイに常駐 (× は画面を閉じるだけで録画は継続し、録画中はアイコンのランプが赤く点灯します)
  • 日本語 / 英語 (Windows の表示言語に合わせて自動で切り替え)
  • FFmpeg も追加のランタイムも不要

動作環境: 64bit 版 Windows 10 / 11、RTSP に対応したネットワークカメラ。
H.265 の映像を画面に表示する場合のみ、Windows の「HEVC ビデオ拡張機能」が必要です (録画だけなら不要)。

A freeware network camera recorder for Windows. It records the video and audio of RTSP / ONVIF
cameras around the clock, without re-encoding. This is the first public release — development
had already reached 1.4.0, so the public versions start there.

  • Records several cameras at once into .ts files, split hourly by default
    (H.264 / H.265 video, G.711 (PCMA/PCMU) / AAC audio)
  • The video is saved exactly as received, so the picture quality is preserved and CPU usage stays low
  • Live view in its own window, for non-recording cameras too, with PTZ control where supported
  • Mail notification for ONVIF events (person detected, line crossing, …) with the images from the
    moment of the event
  • Automatic cleanup by free space or by age
  • Finds ONVIF cameras on the network and obtains the stream URL automatically
  • Stays in the notification area (the close button only hides the window and recording continues;
    the tray icon shows a red lamp while recording)
  • English and Japanese, following the Windows display language
  • No FFmpeg and no extra runtime

Requirements: 64-bit Windows 10 / 11 and a network camera with RTSP support.
The "HEVC Video Extensions" are only needed to display H.265 video, not to record it.
