Fix community plugin submission metadata:

• Add an MIT license.
• Remove the redundant product name from the plugin description.
• End the description with a period.

Download main.js, manifest.json and styles.css to install.
No runtime behavior changes. All 8 tests, JavaScript syntax checks and release metadata checks passed.
