This release establishes strict scientific reliability, epistemic warrant guards, and semantic CAB disclaimers for AI-assisted computational biology.

Key Highlights & Capabilities

  • Semantic Disclaimers & CAB Authority Limitation (BNS-010 §6): Added canonical disclaimers (�ssessment_authority: INTERNAL_EVIDENCE_ASSESSMENT, certification_effect: NONE, independent_assurance_status: NOT_ASSESSED) to strictly distinguish internal evidence completeness from third-party Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) certification.
  • Nextflow Bridge & Workflow Run Crate Interoperability (BNS-019 / BNS-IO-014): Added deterministic receipt generation, nf-core workflow harvest, and RO-Crate export envelopes.
  • Patient Safety Invariants & Calibrated Evidence Model: Guaranteed that no unverified or mock artifacts are promoted to external validation.
  • BioNexus Conformance Test Kit (BCTK) Profiles & Validation Transparency Network (BNS-020 / BNS-023): Standardized profile definitions, language-neutral validation event schemas, and multi-host reproducibility.
  • Full SSOT & Provenance Alignment: Unified version across all 10 manifests and package definitions, with 53/53 empirical validation artifacts fully verified.
