download model error when run

When i run the web_app.py,it encounted the below error. Why? My network is well.
Can anyone give some advices?

This usually happens because the local network environment cannot directly access Hugging Face's servers, which is a common issue in mainland China. Even if your general internet works well, the script's connection might still time out.

You can try these two solutions:

1. Use a Mirror: Set a Hugging Face mirror before running the script.
2. Download Locally: Manually download the model files and replace the model name in your code with your local folder path.
