What's new in 0.4.0

"Open in Silo" links for shared collections. A public collection's page now has an Open in Silo button (a silo:// link) that opens the app straight to that collection's import, with no copy-pasting the URL. Silo registers the silo:// handler when you install it, and a second launch focuses the running window instead of opening a duplicate. (#72)

Verify your download. Release artifacts now carry a GitHub build-provenance attestation, so you can confirm a download came from Silo's public build pipeline with gh attestation verify <file> --repo HLLMR/silo. See docs/VERIFY_DOWNLOAD.md for the signature, checksum and provenance steps. (#60)

  • Every release now includes a Software Bill of Materials (silo-sbom.cdx.json, CycloneDX), listing the Rust crates and npm packages, with licenses, in the build. (#60)
