docs(social): video plan + refreshed demo scripts - #149

Adds a reference video plan and brings the scripts up to the current v0.7.x feature set. - VIDEO_PLAN.md — the master reference: the four-tier ladder (hook / showcase / walkthrough / talking-head deep-dives), a shared footage vault (V1–V13), a gap analysis of what shipped since the old shot list, and the deep-dive series lineup. - video-showcase-script.md — Tier B (~3-min word-for-word VO showcase) + Tier A (three 20–45s vertical hook cuts). - video-deep-dives.md — Tier D talking-head series (5 episodes by job-to-be-done) with shared cold-open / trust / CTA blocks. - demo-video-script.md — refreshed Tier C walkthrough: tile UI + green switch, loose-mod parking, update-by-drop → Adopt, Collections, Library health, and an honest cloud-synced-folder line; fixed the stale "click the dot" visuals. - README.md — a "Video assets" section indexing the ladder.
