• Start managed updates with a short Workers Builds deploy command and a verified updater-loader
  variable. This prevents the Invalid request body failure after HQBase 1.3.4 is installed and
  does not change customer source repositories. An affected HQBase 1.3.3 installation that still
  uses pnpm deploy needs the documented one-time Cloudflare recovery to reach this release.
• Report the exact failed Cloudflare operation after authorization, restore verified trigger changes
  when setup is rejected, and reconcile an uncertain build response before reporting its result.
• Test the deployed update action with a real disposable Workers Builds trigger and build request
  before a signed release is published. The release gate now covers the Cloudflare configuration and
  build-dispatch boundary that was not tested in 1.3.3.
