UNO Q Codex Matrix v0.1.0-alpha.1

First public alpha of UNO Q Codex Matrix.

Highlights:

• Fail-open native Codex Lifecycle Hook with Unix datagram delivery (UNO Q live-daemon p95: 3.573 ms).
• Privacy-bounded event normalization, multi-session aggregation, TTLs, Router reconnection, heartbeat, CLI, and control socket.
• MessagePack RPC over Arduino Router and STM32U585 firmware for all 14 matrix states.
• Verified on real UNO Q hardware: firmware compile/upload, protocol and heartbeat recovery, all-state demo, 1,000 updates, and 1,801.2-second soak.
• Python 3.11/3.13 CI, native Hook checks, fixture privacy checks, and host-sanitized firmware renderer tests.

Alpha limitations:

• Phone-originated ChatGPT Remote Hooks still need a user-device test.
• The test board could not install the system-level service because privileged sudo access was unavailable; the unit and ownership-safe installer are shipped and tested without mutating protected system areas.
• Physical human review/demo media for animation distinctness is pending.
• Codex 0.147.0 returned string tool responses in the observed samples, so transient ERROR is emitted only when explicit structured failure fields are available.
