Replace cypress-plugin-snapshots with something more modern

It seems like this isn't supported any more and its dependencies are becoming an issue:

There are a few forks, but these don't seem very popular either:

It's at least listed as verified here:

I’d like to help replace cypress-plugin-snapshots.

I plan to proceed in small steps so it’s easy to review:

1. Audit (small): check how snapshots are currently used in cypress/ (commands, tests).

2. Install locally:
   npm install --save-dev cypress-image-snapshot

3. Add addMatchImageSnapshotCommand() to cypress/support/commands.js and wire the plugin in cypress/plugins/index.js.

4. Run one or two visual tests locally and in CI to confirm the workflow.

I' m eager to work on this issue and contribute further with your guidance..

I've migrated from cypress-plugin-snapshots to @frsource/cypress-plugin-visual-regression-diff, a modern alternative compatible with Cypress 13+.

Changes made:

1. Replaced the old plugin with @frsource/cypress-plugin-visual-regression-diff

2. Updated Cypress config and support files to use the new plugin

3. Removed the old dependency from package.json and cleaned up yarn.lock (removed ~400+ unused dependencies)

4. All existing tests continue to work with cy.matchImage() without changes
