This release was used in the impact assessment of the official MAL Plan draft (Luonnos). Includes all analysis, graphs, and maps.

There was never a release of the assessment scripts of the second MAL Plan draft (2. luonnos) than became after the first but before this official draft. Adaptations made are with regard to noise population reductions and emissions: the second draft included speed limits that altered those assessments. However, they were not in use anymore in the official draft.
