Fixes

  • Serialize artifact publication across processes to prevent duplicate versions and mismatched checkpoint contents.
  • Preserve the highest step when recovering unsorted history from stale metadata.
  • Keep nonfinite increasing/decreasing alert windows UNKNOWN, avoiding false recovery notifications.
  • Wait for in-flight alert delivery during flush.
  • Honor configured HTTP retry statuses, including an empty retry list.
  • Support TOML alert configuration on Python 3.10.

Release safeguards

  • Require the Python 3.10–3.13 CI matrix before publishing.
  • Correct scheduling-dependent assertions in concurrent history and pipeline example coverage.

Versions v0.3.3 and v0.3.4 were blocked before publication; this release includes all fixes since v0.3.2.
