After the session moved between the PC's own monitor and Remote Desktop, the panel opened but showed nothing. It now draws without the GPU, so it appears on whichever screen you are using.

Install: download TokenMeter-Setup-1.1.1.exe below and run it. Per-user install, no administrator rights. Unsigned, so SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC": More info → Run anyway.
