HMIS API Reference Pre-Release Announcement

The HMIS API Reference will provide a standardized baseline for what external parties and users can expect from an HMIS API. This initial release, version 0.1.0-beta, aims to introduce HMIS vendors, Continuums of Care (CoCs), and external systems to the API and Data Exchange Standards currently being developed.

The HMIS API Reference is still in Beta

  • Beta Release: Although still in beta, this version can be adopted early by HMIS vendors and CoCs.

This release marks the first step in a series of releases designed to enhance interoperability and data exchange within the HMIS ecosystem. We encourage all interested parties to explore the API and provide feedback and input via issues on the GitHub repository.
