HW2_Wait(<fTime>)
This function must be called from within an event table. It specifies the time after which the next item in the event table will be executed.
Note: this function is defined in "data\scripts\scar\scar_util.lua".
Note: use Wait_Start and Wait_End or Universe_GameTime or Rule_AddInterval to set up timed events outside event tables.
HW2_Wait(5)
<fTime>: the length of time (in seconds) before the next item in the event table is executed.
