SobGroup_GetSobGroupSalvagingGroup(<sSobGroupName>, <sOutputSobGroupName>)
Fills <sOutputSobGroupName> with all the squadrons that are in the process of salvaging <sSobGroupName> (they're salvaging and latched).
If <sOutputSobGroupName> does not exist it will be created. If it does exist it will be cleared first.
