SobGroup_DoDamageProximitySobGroup(<sSobGroupName>, <iPlayerIndex>, <fDamage>, <fProximity>)
Makes all ships belonging to <iPlayerIndex> that are within <fProximity> of <sSobGroupName> take <fDamage> amount of damage.
