v0.1.1 fixes the desktop boot failure introduced by the 0.1.0 package rename.

• The client bundle registered itself as @local/dsh-web-annotation while the
  package (and Host row) were dsh-web-annotation, which produced
  duplicate factory registration and import failed on desktop startup.
• The bundle id now matches the public package name.
• No behavior changes to annotation, screenshots, report merging or message
  attachment.
