Web Search 0.1.6

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 30 Aug 17:41

Updates model guidance for Habibi’s continuous event engine and removes obsolete reaction terminology. Search behavior and provider contracts are unchanged.

Chat 0.3.1

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 30 Aug 18:57

Adds a Web Crypto UUID fallback for plain-HTTP LAN origins, where browsers do not expose crypto.randomUUID(). Chat idempotency keys remain cryptographically generated with crypto.getRandomValues().

Chat 0.3.0

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 30 Aug 17:41

Moves Chat onto Habibi’s durable event engine. Message-producing routes now return idempotent 202 Accepted responses, the UI follows committed chat.* events over replayable SSE, and session switches use a race-safe history/stream handoff. Removes reaction settlement behavior.

Workspace 0.1.0

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 29 Aug 02:48

Initial scoped Workspace extension for Habibi.

  • Directory listing and bounded UTF-8 reads
  • Literal recursive search with host-enforced limits
  • Hash-checked atomic writes and exact patches
  • One-level mkdir, same-root no-overwrite moves, and nonrecursive deletion
  • User-managed filesystem root grants with default deny
  • Host-authored durable mutation effects

Requires Habibi commit 250c591 or newer.

Web Search 0.1.5

@moejay moejay released this 29 Aug 14:27

SearXNG HTTP failures, including HTTP 429, now return as structured non-retryable provider_errors rather than failed Lua actions with stack traces.

Web Search 0.1.4

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 29 Aug 12:06

Removes the redundant derived provider_status field. Provider failures remain explicit through sanitized provider_errors and the actionable retryable flag.

Web Search 0.1.3

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 29 Aug 05:08

SearXNG unresponsive_engines details are now forwarded as bounded sanitized provider errors. Empty results accompanied by suspensions, CAPTCHA, or timeouts return provider_status: unavailable and retryable: false; the model tool contract explicitly forbids repeating that search in the same reaction.

Web Search 0.1.2

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 29 Aug 04:53

Configured Web Search now contributes a lightweight suggestion for user chat events. This bypasses an unreliable empty-completion path after registry discovery while keeping the tool absent when no provider is configured.

Web Search 0.1.1

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 29 Aug 04:23

Web Search now registers its model tool only when Brave or SearXNG is configured. This avoids advertising a guaranteed-to-fail tool and removes related pruning noise. Requires Habibi HEAD after d7e0533.

Web Search 0.1.0

Choose a tag to compare

@moejay moejay released this 29 Aug 04:15

Initial search-only web discovery extension.

  • Brave Search API or explicitly configured self-hosted SearXNG
  • Host-only provider credentials
  • No generic HTTP or page fetching
  • Redirect, timeout, response-size, result-count, snippet, and citation URL bounds
  • Normalized destination URLs for citation
  • Action-only network access

Requires Habibi d7e0533 or newer.
