Custom Artwork & Playlist Improvements

Custom playlist artwork — Drop your own images into server/custom-artwork/ to override artwork for any playlist, including Apple curated playlists and radio stations. See README for details.

Play playlist by name in automations — Playlists can now be triggered by name or slug, not just numeric ID.
