Bumps the patch and appends a build number, and writes the release notes
for everything landed since the custom item-display triggers work.

• CHANGELOG entry covering the custom triggers feature, the Paper 26.2
  move, and the permission / toggle / hex-color / chatcolor / mutechat
  fixes
• Spigot and Modrinth listings gain a "What's New" section, a custom
  triggers bullet under Item Display, and a Requirements line for the
  separate 26.x jar
• Both listings list /ignorelist and /togglechatsounds, which they had
  never picked up

Contains two jars:

• AwesomeChat-1.0.10.1.jar — For Minecraft 1.19-1.21.x (Java 21)
• AwesomeChat-1.0.10.1-mc26.jar — For Minecraft 26.x (Java 25)
