Add command to change duration on the fly.
Add a configurable message on protection end.

Upgrading

If you are updating, add the following to the config file:

...
"ProtectionEndMessage": "\u000B[CTSpawnProtection]\u0001 Your spawn protection has ended."
...

Commands

css_ctspawnprotection_duration <value> ( number of seconds).
The new value is not saved to the config file.
