Authentication hotfix: classify Microsoft Xbox/XSTS/Minecraft Services failures accurately, including 403 Invalid app registration and XSTS account states; improve Ely.by device login for signed-out browsers by opening the HTTPS verification URL with the device user_code prefilled so authorization resumes after Ely.by login.
