SteamPack is now available as a source preview for macOS Tahoe 26+.

Highlights

  • Native Keep Awake and Clamshell controls for Control Center and the menu bar
  • Crash/SIGKILL watchdog that restores normal lid-close sleep
  • 20% battery cutoff and serious/critical thermal cutoff
  • Token-scoped ownership and fail-closed Control Center state
  • Restricted permission for only the two exact pmset disablesleep commands
  • 11 unit tests and macOS 26 CI

Distribution note

This prerelease intentionally contains source archives only. No unsigned DMG is provided. A downloadable app will follow only after Developer ID signing and Apple notarization are available.
