Features

  • Windows MSI installer: ships alongside the portable .exe, adds a Start Menu shortcut, .dwg / .dxf file association, and a finish screen with a launch-app checkbox.
  • Right-edge side toolbar replaces the paper-space ribbon tab.
  • Open CAD Studio registers as a .dwg / .dxf handler (installer and portable build) and prompts on first launch to become the default app, so it shows up in Windows "Open with".

Fixes

  • The "Open with" / default-apps entry now shows the app icon on Windows and Linux instead of a blank generic document icon.
  • RENAME focuses the inline rename field so you can type immediately.
  • Object snap tracking resets its acquired points after each committed point.
  • Box / lasso selection keeps the active selection when the region is empty.
