v0.7.1

v0.7.1

Bug Fixes

• Fixed release builds so the Menu Bar Icon setting can show the dynamic status-line icon instead of staying on the UsagePal logo.
• Allowed blob: image sources in Tauri's image CSP, which is required for the app to rasterize its generated tray SVG in production.

Verification

• Added a regression test covering the Tauri CSP requirement for dynamic tray icons.
• Verified frontend tests, production build, Rust tests/checks, Lutin config, workflow linting, and Tauri JSON parsing before publishing.
