Network File Sharing App v2.1.0

Focused update for live transfers, per-device activity, smarter file list sync, and better mobile/Unicode support.

✨ New Features

  • 📋 Per-device Recent Activity on the web UI (each IP sees only its own downloads/uploads)
  • ⚡ Live transfer speed on the host app (progress + MB/s while transferring)
  • 🔄 Auto-refresh of the desktop file list when files are uploaded or change on disk
  • Shared folders stay synced with the running server when added/removed

🛠 Improvements

  • Mobile-friendly Recent Activity cards
  • Horizontally scrollable file table (Name / Size / Modified) on small screens
  • Proper download support for non-ASCII / Persian filenames
  • Activity log shows decoded readable filenames (not %D8%A8... URLs)
  • Client-aborted downloads (WinError 10054) handled cleanly instead of noisy errors
  • Updated README.md and requirements.txt
