• The PR tab says how to turn pull requests on. Without the GitHub
  CLI the tab simply vanished, so nothing said that one install puts
  pull requests on screen. It now stays, draws the command to run with
  a copy button, and a terminal to paste it into.
• Dray can ask you a question in the app. A short survey card may
  appear for installs with usage reporting on; turning reporting off in
  Settings turns it off too.
