- Leaderboard ties resolved fairly: rank by solved count, ties go to whoever solved it first (earliest genuine first-solve), then fastest time. Column header shows a tooltip. Backed by the new \ irst_solved_at\ schema + \kd-sync\ earliest-wins merge.
- Premium black redesign: dark-glass panels, violet→indigo accent, gradient mode button, pinned bar, glass leaderboard + sidebar card, modern toggles/sliders/theme cards, polished toast/welcome/tour.
- Big new solve celebration: staged \YAY!!\ pop with confetti burst → caption slide → gold trophy + crown bounce with sparkles, over a dimming blurred veil so the site's own popup stays out of the shot.
- Challenge badge now shows your live rank beside the skip button: 1st (gold trophy + crown), 2nd (silver), 3rd (bronze), 4+ glowing #N box with gold particles — labels forced readable in dark AND light mode.
- Dropdown fix: font-weight/fun-position menus no longer show invisible text until hover (native select color-scheme + opaque options).
- Stale v1.4.1/v1.5.0 zips removed from the repo; current source + v1.5.20.zip are the browseable files.
