• prepare subcommand: generate HCU AES key programming firmware from a keys JSON file and a built-in Intel HEX template (images/prepare.hex).

• Unit tests covering the prepare flow.

• Legacy stock HEX filenames under images/ (replaced by the single prepare.hex template).
