Dev prerelease.\n\nChanges:\n- Show encrypted text fragments as decrypted, clearly marked fragments when vault encryption is unlocked.\n- Show a locked encrypted-fragment chip when the passphrase is not unlocked or decryption fails.\n- Add Edit and Decrypt actions for encrypted fragments. Edit re-encrypts the changed text; Decrypt permanently replaces the marker with plaintext so normal sync uploads the change.\n- Add reading-view rendering for encrypted fragments.\n- Add encrypted-fragment helper tests.
