This commit addresses two primary deployment challenges encountered during FineReport integration:

1.  **Resolved Chart Display Issues**:
    *   Removed unused  and  related styles from .
    *   Cleaned up  by removing  and  configurations.
    *   Eliminated the  loader, as FineReport Designer now supports direct import of both JavaScript and CSS files.
    *   Updated  and  to reflect the simplified deployment process, guiding users to directly import  and  This resolves conflicts caused by the previous loading mechanism.

2.  **Prepared for HTTPS/HTTP Mixed Content Resolution**:
    *   The removal of unnecessary external dependencies (, ) simplifies the overall build and reduces potential for future mixed content issues related to third-party CDN loading, aligning with the plan to address vLLM API's HTTPS configuration.
