Update both the phone and the Mac.

Fixes
- Phone could never finish connecting to the Mac on 0.3.0: known-host
  dialling and Bonjour discovery opened two sockets at once and the
  handshake never completed.
- Phone sent notifications/clipboard/battery unencrypted in the moment
  before the session key existed; the Mac dropped the link on each one.
- Phone did not notice the Mac app quitting or relaunching, and never
  retried after a refused connection.
- Mac menu bar dropped every non-button control (the dial field never
  showed).

New
- Click-to-call: dial a number from the Mac menu bar or main window; the
  phone places the call over Bluetooth (pair the phone with the Mac in
  System Settings > Bluetooth).
- Stop Ringing after Ring Phone.
- Phone actions (open copied link, ring, dial) in the main window.
