AgentPack v0.1.0

Cross-agent extension package manager for OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude
Code, and Kimi Code. Compiler pipeline, safe sync with ownership and
backups, MCP gateway layer, watch mode, adoption/uninstall, native change
auto-collection, zero-input automation (service + session hook), and the
