🖥️ Choose which monitor Layer lives on

Following up on the multi‑monitor work in v1.4.2:

  • New Settings → Appearance → "Show Layer on" picker — choose which monitor the pill, Settings, and pop‑ups appear on (or leave it on Auto / primary).
  • Shows up automatically when you have more than one display.
